The Case Of The Missing Heads
The Perriloux Mysteries is the first in a line of crime novels. It is a fictional story in Marshfield, Massachusetts, a quaint fishing village turned into a popular summer retreat from cities as far away as Washington, D.C. The story follows the investigation of a retired Marshfield Detective, turned Private Investigator, Jean-Baptiste Perriloux. The hard-drinking P.I. is hired by the victim’s young college daughter to find the person who killed her mother and father. The police say it was a simple murder/suicide. The P.I. wallows through a swamp of lies, deceit, and murders. In the end, he does what he does best, investigates.
