Collaborating with Executive Sous Chef to ensure and drive Marriott standards of excellence in dining and guest satisfaction. • Training and supervision of staff to ensure superior performance throughout all kitchen operational areas and stations. • Developing menus and dishes for Italian Restaurant, banquets and special events. • Applying strict inventory management and food waste protocols. • Screening applicants and assisting in the hiring process. • Reviewing inventory and food preparation to ensure heightened food-cost control. • Overseeing new menu Italian Restaurant launch and kitchen staff development and training at Westin Hyderabad Hotel and Renaissance Mumbai Hotel. •I been also Part of Opening as Trainer for leading and training of chefs, commis and sous-chefs at the new JW Marriot Maldives; overseeing Western and Italian menu design and food preparation.
