• Report to: CEO, • Property managed by ICON Group, Africa (Official third party partner to BEST WESTERN, USA for Africa region) • As an all-purpose manager, Responsible for Converting and heading the day-to-day management of this 4 star full service 96 rooms property, having 3 restaurants, Room Service, Pub, Bar, 5 Banquet, Business Centre, Swimming pool, Spa, Gym • Directing various business departments to ensure the smooth running of the company including hiring and firing, supervising employees, performance reviews and training staff of more than 116 employees. • Responsible for maintaining Ownership relations. • Securing Budgeted sales, new business & expanding the client base, developing positive relationships with key corporate accounts and suppliers. • Assisting company accountants in the formulation of various budgets and forecasts to achieve annual turnover of N 930 million through room revenues, MICE and Food & Beverage sales • Proactive management of existing assets (including monitoring of operating performance, asset enhancement initiatives which includes renovation, working with operations team to resolve ongoing issues pertaining to financing, ownership and regulations) • Resolving contractual and commercial issues and disputes
