About Me

For the past two years and change I have been the Food and Beverage purchasing manager for a Resort in the Eastern Bahamas. We would receive bi weekly shipments of food and beverage from Nassau by boat. I would have to organize the logistics of having to make sure all our products from all the suppliers were on the boat before it left port. I would have to organize some perishables or special orders such as berries other fruits and cheese to arrive by plane because the two day journey was too arduous for the fruit. I was also the contact on the resort for the food and beverage repairs to the soda lines or beer lines. I know I would be the perfect answer for a similar position or any other position in opps.
