St. Regis Hong Kong: June 2019

Marriott is on track to open the Hong Kong’s first St. Regis just in time for summer. With just 112 rooms and 17 suites, the hotel will be located near the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Wan Chai. Starchitect Andre Fu is designing the interiors. Rooms will range in size from 538 square feet to over 2,500, and all will offer the brand’s signature St. Regis butler service. The hotel will have several restaurants and bars, including two helmed by Michelin-starred chefs. L’Envol by chef Olivier Elzer will serve French-Asian fusion, while chef Hung Chi-Kwong’s Rún will plate up gourmet Chinese banquets. Guests can expect all-day delights at The Drawing Room, including afternoon tea, and handcrafted cocktails at the St. Regis Bar.
