We try to ensure continuous availability of the site and all the services available on it but accept no responsibility for the consequences of interruptions or delays, however caused. We may, additionally, alter the design on regular basis and specification of the site at any time.

Registration

We will ask you to choose an email address and password during your application. This information will be required in order for you to login on subsequent visits to this site and must be treated as strictly confidential at all times. In the event that you become aware of a breach or potential or suspected breach of these terms then you must inform us immediately. For the avoidance of doubt, you shall remain responsible for all actions and charges incurred when access to our website is obtained through the use of your login details whether authorised or unauthorised (save where such access arises from our negligence).

Permission is granted to electronically copy and to print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with THS as a shopping resource. Any other use of materials on this site, including reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, modification, distribution, or republication, without prior written permission of THS is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any loss or damage suffered by you as the result of your use of this site is limited to your actual direct damages and, except in the case of fraud, excludes any loss of future earnings, profit or prospects or any consequential or speculative loss. Mailing Lists

THS reserves the right to use the email address of any person or other entity who places his or her email address into, upon or within any page of this site exclusively for the purposes of mailing THS Newsletters. We do not distribute, sell, share or otherwise make available our email lists to any entity, person or business. Mailing Lists and visitor names are not bartered, sold or distributed. If you are on our mailing list, it is because you either signed up for it or you have used our facilities within the site or received the benefits thereof via the addition of your email address by a friend, family member or other person of your knowledge.

Our use of CVs and other personal information supplied by users of this site is governed by our privacy policy.

Proper Use

Any portion of the site requiring registration, except such areas as are deemed administrative or private, are accessible by all visitors. By using the site, you agree to behave in a proper, dignified and polite manner at all times. You further agree that will you not advertise services or products in any public posting areas of this site. You understand that THS has the right to and will prosecute to the fullest extent possible, any and all persons who may do so under Federal and International laws prohibiting the defacing of any website.

Employer’s Responsibilities

The Employer will be responsible for checking all references and confirming that all academic and professional qualifications are true. This should be carried out prior to engagement. The Employer will be responsible for arranging any medical examination and obtaining any work permits required by the Jobseeker.

THS Charges

There are no charges for Jobseekers at any time. For employers, please read our terms & conditions for further information.

Waiver

THS is obliged to rely upon the good faith of Jobseekers and cannot accept responsibility for any loss or expenditure incurred by the Employer in meeting any Jobseeker, and in particular cannot be held liable for the history, character, age, capability or suitability of any Jobseeker and no warranty will be made that any Jobseeker will be able to fill a position.

Trademarks

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names (the “Marks”) are proprietary to THS or other respective owners that have granted us the right and license to use such Marks

External Sites

This site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third party vendors and other third parties (the “External Sites”). You acknowledge that THS is not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any External Site. You should contact the site administrator or Webmaster for those External Sites if you have any concerns regarding such links or the content located on such External Sites

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Thai law and all disputes shall be decided by the Royal Thai courts.
